Superior Stability. Next-Level Efficiency.

The ASUS ROG STRIX 1000W Platinum is engineered for builders who refuse to compromise — pairing a high-end gaming rig with a power supply that can genuinely keep pace. Fully ATX 3.1 compliant and certified to both 80 PLUS Platinum and Cybenetics Platinum standards, it delivers 1000W of rock-solid power while wasting as little energy as possible. Whether you’re running a flagship GPU through intense gaming sessions or creative workloads, the ROG Strix Platinum is built to feed your system without flinching.

GaN MOSFET: Smaller Component, Bigger Impact

At the heart of this PSU’s efficiency story is GaN MOSFET technology. By replacing conventional components with gallium nitride MOSFETs, ASUS achieves up to 30% superior power efficiency — meaning less energy wasted as heat and a more organised internal layout. That freed-up space makes room for larger ROG heatsinks and improved airflow, keeping critical components cooler and quieter than reference designs. The result is a PSU that runs leaner and lasts longer, session after demanding session.

GPU-FIRST: Power Where Your Build Needs It Most

Tired of voltage instability tanking your frame rates at the worst possible moment? The ROG Strix 1000W Platinum’s patented GPU-FIRST intelligent voltage stabilizer puts your graphics card first. By connecting the included IVS cable, you activate a mode that enhances voltage stability by up to 45% to the GPU — smoothing out power delivery during overclocking and peak gaming loads. If you prefer conventional CPU-focused voltage sensing, simply disconnect the IVS cable. Either way, your build stays stable.

Ready for the Next Generation — and Built to Last

With a native 12V-2×6 connector, the ROG Strix 1000W Platinum is PCIe Gen 5.1 ready, capable of piping up to 600W to next-gen graphics cards without an adapter in sight. The fully modular cable system means you only route what you need, keeping your build clean and airflow unobstructed. Dual ball fan bearings are rated for up to 80,000 hours — twice the lifespan of sleeve bearing designs — and the Cybenetics Lambda A+ certification confirms average noise levels below 20 dB. Backed by a 10-year warranty, this is a PSU you install once and trust for the long haul.
